This file is a helper that allows users to install and run Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) version 3 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on the Windows Vista operating system. It can also be used on Windows XP 64-bit. Although an error may appear near the end of the installation, running the installation a second time should resolve the issue. This helper also enables users to install Search Server Express.
